"Very good place to stay if you want to go skiing without breaking the bank. The staff is friendly. Rooms are not fancy but have a lodge feel which we like. Place is a bit outdated but well maintained and clean."

"I went there to propose to my now fiancé, the plan was for friends and family to arrive first and by the time I proposed on the mountain our friends to be waiting to surprise her. The staff was super accommodating with an early check in and the place was great, very large and ski on ski off from western territories. Highly recommend if you're there with a large group."

"Such a lovely place with lot of memory (host’s life) in every bit of the house. It will take you hours just to see everything in the house and trust me it will be like a rustic museum in a good way. We had a another tiny host ( Aiden the cat ) who also welcomed and stayed with us without any trouble. Dan helped us with everything and you ll realise how good he is once you meet him. We loved the sheep and when we went it was a winter wonderland and we were sledding in the slopes and having fun like kids. Just make sure you have a 4WD since the very last lane of the road is very steep and rugged. And you might want to download offline map since there will not be any service. And last but not the least please respect this place because this man has built a legacy of his life and we appreciate he is letting people to enjoy it a bit with these stays. Note: The water from kitchecn tap is amazing 😍 … we were hestitate at first and loved drinking it . I even filled a gallon of it in my bottle for travel back."
