「Wasn’t impressed when my room key didn’t work on 2nd day of my stay and had to go to front desk」

「This was probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Kids loved the pool area and they had a hot tub too, which was great after a long day. Pool area was immaculate. Rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed the smart TV so we could log in to watch the kids' regular shows. If I come back to the area I will definitely stay here again.」

「Prior reviews have well-documented the cleanliness of the facility and I would definitely concur. Our interaction with the staff was minimal but those with whom we dealt were pleasant. Room temp was manageable, though when we tried to exchange the duvet covers for lighter blankets they only had one blanket available (we had two beds). 「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」
