“The entire hotel was very outdated. Definitely needs major renovations. Our room had large cobwebs in the corners, leaky bathroom sink, bedsheets had stains, entire perimeter of the room at the baseboards looked like it hadn’t been swept in a long time. We had our AC set at 60 degrees Fahrenheit for our entire stay to keep it running even though it never got that cold. The room fridge would not get cold. We were not provided enough towels for our number of guests (4) and when we asked the front……

“The staff was very friendly. We came to breakfast shortly before it closed and the attendant wanted to make sure we were able to have whatever had been available, even if it meant she would need to make more. The staff works very hard to make this a great place to stay!”

“We stay for two days and I expect that the staff will clean and arrange our beddings but she or he didn’t do it. They clean a little bit of our bathroom but the sink you can see the dirty that they didn’t clean. I hope the management will check the room specially the sink because need to be clean.”

The place smelled or weed and cigarette smoke (it's a NON-smoking), What ever the staff was cooking smelled so heavily of curry and was very off putting... the carpet was stained, filthy and smelled like mildew... NO elevator. No one was manning the front desk, you have to press a button and wait.. and we checked in during PEAK check in time before 5pm. I went down at 6:30 am to breakfast..which WAS NON EXISTENT!!! No sign that anything was being prepared, I asked the……

“The a.c. In our room worked so I liked that No house keeping came to clean room after two days so I inquired. Was told unless you requested housekeeping they only come on fourth day of your stay. Rooms smelled Bathroom tiny tiny tiny Disappointing for price”

“Floors were very slippery and sticky in the room. Bed was very uncomfortable. We checked out a day early because the bed was so uncomfortable. Not a huge selection for breakfast. Powder eggs, something they called sausage that really wasn't. I think the waffles were the only thing edible. You could not swim in the pool, it was disgusting. Had a film layer on top of the water. With what we paid for 2 nights, I expected so much more out of the Hampton Inn & Suits. Also if you stay here you have to……
