“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Second time visiting this resort and it did not disappoint. The staff was very attentive and positive. Shout out to Fernando, the waiter at Helios dinner who went above and beyond. Andres and Alessandra did a great job leading the resort activities. And Fernanda the expedia ambassador made the birthday celebration feel extra special and did a great job checking up on us during the stay. Thank you all for your hard work and for making this trip so memorable! Get ready to enjoy top service when……

“Stunning hotel, beautiful location. Car is essential otherwise hugely overpriced taxis are your only option. I do think a hotel of this calibre and price point really should include breakfast (this is the only luxury hotel I have stayed at that did not include breakfast). Would definitely return”
