“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. “Great place to stay in the Tulum hotel zone if you’re looking to relax. The hotel is quiet and away from the busier/loud clubs. However, you are still able to walk down the beach to some of the beach clubs. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The room was equipped with a Nespresso machine and mini bar. The pools in the room are beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, they are not heated so it was too cold for us to use during our stay. “This entire place was gorgeous. The Expedia concierges were very very helpful. Thank you to David, Cielo, Rafael for your assistance. The staff were the best part of the trip.
