“Great experience at the Palladium resort and spa. Very impressed with the Butler team Ana, Katherine and Daniel. They were extremely efficient and kind and took care of all reservations, secured shuttle service and answers all my questions. I love how we stayed on touch via the whats app, brilliant idea. Spa experience was also fantastic, Carmen is an expert in her field and Grecia at the bront desk was very attentive. I enjoyed the Brazilian restaurant too. Food was yummy and again the staff……

“I had an amazing stay at TAGO Tulum. The room was spacious, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. I loved the his-and-her sinks and shower setup, plus the separate toilet room for extra privacy. The plunge pool was also very spacious, and the staff cleaned it quickly anytime I requested without a long wait.
The food was fresh and good every time, and room service was surprisingly fast. The hotel itself is stunning and gives such a peaceful luxury vibe.

“Our stay was AMAZING!!! Staff were so helpful when we arrived for answering all of our questions. The resort was sooo beautiful and maintained so well. We had the opportunity have concierge messaging and I that was sooo helpful! Transportation around the resort was speedy and convenient. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The pools were so easy to find chairs despite the ocean not being the best due to the sargassum. The food at Sumptori was by far the best. Looking forward to trying other……
