"I stayed in one of the tents. The facility is clean, bathrooms - well attended, and my tent was in decent shape. It’s on a wood platform with two cots. You will need to bring a heater and extension cord. It IS the desert, and the nights can be freezing. Important note: the train passes the camp within a few hundred feet. The train crew sees to delight at blowing the horn as the pass near the campground late at night."

"The property is adorable, super clean, and stocked with everything you need. Very pleased with our stay. There weren't great views, but we got that on our hikes and really just came back to sleep, so for us it wasn't big deal. The only con was the train that goes through a couple times a night. But we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend."
