“The location and comfort of this home is everything OBX. The spaces are comfortable, the amentities sufficient, the response form the owner was quick. The pool is in a great location for keeping sand out of it! The hot tub overlooks the dune for early morning sun rise soaks. We had a wonderful time and experience in this property.”

Well, we had an issue with an AC unit and Cathy was corresponding with us at 10pm to help and she had a technician out to fix the unit first thing the next morning. “Our week in Sandbridge was wonderful. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Everything was well furnished. Everything you would ever need in the kitchen was there. I’ve stayed at many rental houses and this was the most well stocked kitchen I’ve seen. Short 15 minute walk to the beach, or if you are early enough, you can drop off your family with all the beach gear and then grab a free parking spot on one of the nearby side streets with marked parking. “We thoroughly enjoyed 3-day Independence Day holiday on Sandbridge Beach. The check-in process was effortless and Roger was very prompt in answering questions before and throughout our stay. We really loved this home because it offered so much of what we wanted to do on vacation including a large swimming pool, hot tub, and boat/kayak access on the canal.
