"It was terrific. Bed was soft and luxurious, but some travelers might prefer a firmer mattress, but I thought everything was wonderful!! You really feel like you are staying in a first class hotel in the heart of Toronto!!"

"Was no cold tap water so be prepared to buy bottled water. The breakfast was expensive for being so terrible. No housekeeping for a 3 night stay. Thats what they told me, thou someone did come on day 3. Positives, the bed is super comfortable. The size of the suite is pretty good. Pretty clean amd well kept. Fairly soundproof aside from slamming doors outside your hotel door. Hot tub is the best feature."

"The staff was very helpful, and when I had a few issues with the room they were right there within minutes. T.V. cable didn't work that great. Couldn't order movies and the guide did not work most of the time. When your recovering from a health procedure, you spend alot of time in your room. TV was a must. The guide got working for 2 days then didn't again. Having said that. It was close to alot of places. Walking distance. I would stay here again."
