My room was extremely outdated and there was a very strong smell from the kitchen that even made its way to our room. The area where the hotel is located was nice and safe.

Quiet stay in the city

The hotel is on a large golf property secluded from the city and very quiet. The grounds are beautiful. You’d hardly know you were in a city. The rooms are a little dated, but in good condition and comfortable. I enjoyed my enmoladas in the restaurant and the service was quite good despite my terrible Spanish. Getting off the property and into the city would be a bit of a challenge, but I had a relaxing evening in my room. Elegant and safe hotel on the whole.

Nice property in a enclosed private area. Weather is cold but heating is nit sufficient during the night. There is not minibar in the room and there is not room service. Everything else is in excellent condition

It is bad

No one told me up front about the 600 pesos extra fee per night to have my little dog, I paid 153 dollars for one night including breakfast, one plate of eggs and 1 cup of juice, everything else was extra, looks like a good place but it doesn't really worth it, awful experience.
