“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

Food is nothing special, average at best, but the restaurants setup is really nice. If you like activities, the staff is not that interested in summoning people in to participate, there is not an active engagement to get few people in to play volleyball or stretch. “Best property in Cozumel. It has a small private beach with the most clear water you can think of. The setup is fantastic. A family pool by the side which is relatively busy… but it also offers a ver quiet pool surrounded by gardens in the back. The beach resembles a very small bay 40m long that ends up at two different restaurants, one on each end. Pricing is fair and clear. A couple of gourmet restaurants which are not cheap, maybe 3 if the beach club is included, but given the setting,……
