“I got a room here VERY last minute. The check-in process was extremely easy; they sent you directions to your phone. Then the people at the front desk are very kind and helpful. They took their time to explain the directions we were sent as well. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable. I could hear the guests next door, but that did not bother me. Overall 10/10 experience. I can't wait to go back!”

“Este hotel lo elegimos por ubicación, necesitábamos 2 noches para descansar después de actividades cerca. La calificación es excelente en Expedia y comentan una reciente remodelación, pero la sorpresa es que un hotel descuidado en general; desde q llegas los sillones de recepción sucios, el elevador sucio, los pisos manchados; el cuarto con buen mobiliario pero la misma impresión de limpieza a medias, solicitamos toallas y entregaron unas rotas y otras manchadas, "es bloquedaor solar"nos……

“Here is a fair and honest opinion from someone who has visited Tulum and La Veleta neighbourhood on multiple occassions. For starters, I thought I was booking Central Park Tulum, not "Lagunas" but thats on me and something to double check, as online they look the same. Upon arrival we discovered a dead bird on our balcony. It had been there for weeks, decomposing. The blinds were broken. There was no toaster, which is typically a basic kitchen item. There was an outdoor BBQ, but zero bbq……
