「Clean room, excellent employee」

「The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street. The only staff member who really stood out was the security guard. 「The property was great, the food was great, but the staff in general could use some training in hospitality. Unfortunately they were just not inviting in a greeting from the front desk at check in, the maid staff, and most of the food servers. That was honestly disappointing. As simple as a greeting or a hello or honestly anything would have made me feel more welcome and not like it was an inconvenience to help or assist you.」

「They have a water problem and at time there was no running water meaning toilet didn’t flush. Kiesha(I think that was her name) helped as much as she could and over all I enjoyed my stay. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Main Street.」

「Close to beach. Seaweed a problem but taken care of daily if not creates an odor. Few bugs taken care of by the exterminator. Roaches. Was told this condo had been closed up. S Overall the stay was nice.」
