“its good for one night but not for an entire vacation”

“The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street. The only staff member who really stood out was the security guard. He was very friendly, gave us clear directions about where to park, and helped us find our room. His kindness and helpful……

“Paid for an ocean view and received a marina view which is partial. I was given a key and someone's had their things in the room. Went back and was given a room 2 doors down ,Still not an ocean view& Was told the hotel was booked for the night and I could be moved by 2pm next day. The next day I was moved to the seacliff tower ,over the pool and the room smelled like spilled coffee in the restroom, dirty towels, long strands of hair on the floor. We didn't get any new towels nor did……

“They have a water problem and at time there was no running water meaning toilet didn’t flush. Kiesha(I think that was her name) helped as much as she could and over all I enjoyed my stay. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Main Street.”

“Absolutely beautiful resort. It was clean and very spacious. The balcony over looking the ocean was our favorite part!”

“In the process of renovating the property. Rooms are inadequate. Wifi is poor, a number of things in the room not working properly, no generator, AC is struggling and in need of a quick upgrade. For my stay I changed rooms twice. Communication with maintenance and front desk was poor.”

“Close to beach. Seaweed a problem but taken care of daily if not creates an odor. Few bugs taken care of by the exterminator. Roaches. Was told this condo had been closed up. S Overall the stay was nice.”
