“Beautiful views, clean, helpful staff! ”

“There isn’t an airport shuttle, but the $20 a person taxi will take you there. The hill it sits on is steep, but you can walk it, we did several times. The staff is hit and miss, some are friendly, some make you feel like you’re a huge inconvenience to them (avoid the convenience store at all costs) the room was fine but the floor was so disgusting. I got out of the shower and walked to the couch and by the time I got there my feet were black. The hours for breakfast are late, so if you wake up……

“Beautiful views of ocean all around the hotel. Stayed in Seacliff Tower - room was lovely, ocean view, comfy bed, rain shower head in bathroom. Recommend taking stairs as elevators can be slow. Employees always available in front of hotel to get you in the appropriate cab for where you want to go. Enjoyed our visit very much. (Note: In St.Thomas it’s common to take shared vans as cabs which charge per person fees.)”

“The resort is short staffed and it was extremely difficult to get beach towels or anything from the activity center as they did not have any clean towels available or no one was staffed. The food was average and the beach was not very nice. The rooms were clean and nice except the floors made popping noises as you walked across them as it was laminate wood tiles snapped in place feather than having it glued down or tacked down. ”

“The views was beautiful but the hotel needs to be renovated has such great potential for the location and beach but seems like the government is not spending on this property.”

“Outside grounds of the hotel leave something to be desired but the rooms were ok. Housekeeping was spotty but the breakfast was good. Do your research though. Good price but farther up the mountain than you would think and the in house restaurant is overpriced. Bring plenty of cash because the “incuded” breakfast is not so all incusive. ”

“Room are not worth of paying. No drinking water in room or you can’t get water bottle near by your room. Bathroom shower keeps licking. Staff so rude and not help full at all. I don’t recommend ”

“ Very bad experience anywhere in the beach in the hotel in the restaurant I wasn’t happy but poor Service that have many people to work in lunchtime. Take you 2 1/2 hour to eat taco fish.”

“Beautiful, low key resort with alll the amenities you would want. The restaurants were terrific, the beach was beautiful and the stsfff was attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable ”

“The breakfast was really nice, wish there was more food options and activities at night but overall enjoyed my stay. Some property needs work but they are doing renovations so they should be back to normal. staff nice and helpful!”
