“Overall it was a great stay with plenty of room for the 4 people we had. Super close to the beach and great food. I searched for awhile to find a place that had some private outdoor area and i gambled a little because there is another rental right behind the one we stayed in plus the owners home was directly in front of us and our only seperate-ish area was the fire pit area out front which is on what was a pretty busy road during the day, but at nighttime the road quieted down and the hosts……

“We stayed for 3 nights and I can honestly say it was the cleanest place I ever stayed in Old Orchard Beach. The neighborhood was really quiet, so it was awesome for our little ones to go to sleep early. They had everything you could ever need for a trip, and more. The only complaint we have is the sink nasal spraying everywhere, which seemed to only be a water pressure issue, so no big deal at all. The host was very communicative for our upcoming trip. “The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full……

We used the firepit and the hot tub, enjoyed eating and grilling outside, played yard games, and appreciated the beach chairs provided. Plenty of kitchen gadgets for cooking our meals as well as extra spices that we hadn't thought to bring. The location was great for us to ride bikes to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and several beaches.
