“I stayed for two nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable.The reception and concierge team were friendly. I ordered room service for all my meals and the food was consistently great. Unfortunately, the spa experience, which was a key reason I chose the hotel, was a major disappointment. The spa reception team were friendly and recommended a hot stone massage, but I was instead given what seemed to be a standard full body massage. It felt more like a body rub than a proper treatment. “Helpful staff good service”

“This is the second time we have stayed at Warren House and again all the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. We had a relaxing evening in the bar and enjoyed a nice meal from the bar menu. The room was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice's available. We would definitely come back again!”

“The price is reasonable”

“The size of the room is good, but there are no supplies in the bathroom, no toothpaste/toothbrush set, no hairdryer, etc… Because the kettle was broken and replied with no replacement, have to ask the front desk to provide a bottle of water instead. ”
