"Everything was great. There are some problems that could be addressed in the room. The drain in the master bathroom does not drain properly. It's probably time to replace the furniture in the room. The side table next to the bed does not want to close. Also, the furniture is showing its wear. Other than that, everything was great. You asked for my opinion, and I gave it to you. The suite was amazing. Thanks for the upgrade!"

"The location to Central Park and shopping was outstanding. The hotel rooftop bar had some Of the best views around and the restaurant choices within the hotel were great! "

"Clean and nice rooms with great views. Outdoor pool must be heated as it was nice and warm beginning of May. Walking distance to Times Square, Theater district and Central Park. Subway entrance across the street. Tour bus pick-up at entrance. Only complaint, was the elevators having a hard time keeping up with the amount of people needing to use it. Long wait times and cramped in the elevators. Would stay there again if going back to New York City. "

"We wish there was a restaurant at the Gregorian. There were ample places to eat nearby. Small but well appointed room. Very comfortable bedding. "

"Great hotel, was better than we expected. It’s only a couple of blocks from the Manhattan cruise terminal. Less than 10 miles from LaGuardia airport but it was a $100 Uber ride. "
