"Very clean, nice room with a great view of Shinjuku and surrounding areas. Staff were super friendly and the location was great - probably the nicest building in the area with lots of fun things in and around. Would stay here again for sure."

"Beautiful hotel. The hotel had pajamas to change into. Great for a quick layover refresher. I visited the spa for an additional fee and booked a body service. I felt so refreshed. There was a restaurant attached to the spa and I wore the hotel pajamas (not the same as the hotel restaurant that requires proper clothing)."

"Perfect location down the street from three different subway stations and Shinjuku shops. Rooms were pretty small however, it was Bigger than other hotel rooms were. Don’t really have much complaints just wish the bathrooms were remodeled to be up to date. Felt like I was inside of a cruise ship bathroom."

"Fantastic hotel. They really know how to utilize a small room. Everything was efficiently laid out. The onsen was very nice to relax in every night. The only small small problem was that the dryers didn’t really drive very well so after two cycles, I ended up having to hang things all over my room ha ha ha."
