"We loved the central location. Easy to walk to most things. The only thing I did not care for was the pool area. Hard to use and very rigid. Felt like I was being watched for rule breaking. Not an area for children"

"It was my boyfriend’s and I first time traveling to Japan and we just wanted to share that this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, communicative and attentive! The room is clean and smells so good. Everything we needed was given to us. There’s also a Family Mart right next to the hotel, just on the left of the entrance door! There’s a station underground and just on the right side as well! Transportation was easy and of course, konbini food every night haha… We’ll definitely be booking again! Thank you so much!"

"I liked the hotel overall. I rated low on eco friendly because they use single use plastic water bottles and they use Keurig style coffee pods in the lobby. The thermostat in the room was not user friendly and the room never reflected the temperature that was displayed. I enjoyed staying there. Would recommend to a friend. I really loved the shower bath room! "

"Just across the Universal City Station and of course Universal Studios Japan (USJ). The staff was excellent. You don't have to bring any toiletries. They have everything, including razors, toothbrush and paste. "
