「We had a great time at this property. Phyliss is responsive, the cottage was immaculately clean and the lighthouse is literally right outside your front door. We ate at the stand for lunch and the restaurant for dinner on the same day. This cottage does not disappoint. You take your coffee in the morning and walk up to the lighthouse 300 yards away and it is a great start to your day. Pics attached. Really nice hiking in the area. We visited a few trails and even drove up to Acadia for the day...

「This is a premium elegant property with all the amenities one could wish for. Everything was clean, almost sparkling. The beds were very comfortable and all the gathering spaces well appointed. The kitchen had everything you’d want to prepare a large meal or just a nice coffee. We loved it」

「We were not happy with the property, pictures made it seem bigger than what it was. Very old inside, shower leaked in the main house, a chair broke with someone sitting in it, hurt her back. Very musty smelling, furniture old. We did not like that the owner lived right on the property, felt liked we we’re always being watched coming & going. Old plastic roped tablecloth on the table, not cleaned very well, pails in bedroom still had garbage in them. Would not recommend 😔」
