“设施一切都很完美。唯一不足的是儿童设施。适合小孩子的只有水池。如果再加一点适合儿童的playground 那就真的很完美了。”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue.
1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416
The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay.
In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick.
I hope management address this issue for future guests.

“The staff was superb, the room spotless, the spa was excellent and Alejandra in the Spa was superb. You can tell this resort treats there people well, they all are superb. The grounds are beautiful and the hot tubs are actually hot, rare. Will be back”
