The property and staff are excellent, no complaints whatsoever. The only negative thing I have to say is the food at the buffet stations are quite cold even if you go at the opening time.

The staff was really kind. VIP area was also very nice! I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. The beach area was also at a really good point on the island which was gorgeous.

Everything was good except the check in...we waited almost over hour to check in....i think to expedite check in they should hand any paoerwork that needs to be filled out ahead of time...maybe change the check in procedure...etc you loose almost half a day just to check in....
