Building's externals are dated and not well kept. It lacks signs indicating the entrance of each building as well as the elevators.

The room was very spacious and clean. I loved the jetted bathtub. That was much needed after a long day of walking at the theme parks. Also, it was in close enough proximity to the parks. I do wish there was daily housekeeping although I'm not sure if this was something we needed to ask for? The front desk staff was really nice. FYI this is a huge property so depending where your room is, you'll need to take a shuttle just to get to the main lobby which can be a bit of a hassle but thankfully, their staff is very accommodating and would take us on a golf cart if we didn't feel like waiting.

Clean room, helpful staff, and a well-equipped gym. Unfortunately, it was too cold to swim, but the pools looked great!

From check in to check out the staff was helpful and attentive, the room was clean the bed was comfortable and there was a lot of amenities we enjoyed that.
