"The housekeeping staff, May, was very nice and helpful - she's awesome! It's our second time staying there for a quite long stay of 10 nights this time. Location is great. "

"Stayed for 1 night due to a layover and it served its purpose. The room was clean, the bathroom seem to need an update. Some of the staff disnt seem to want to help as they were dismissive to my questions but figured it was a language barrier."

"Nothing more than we can say “Excellent”. A little Hong Kong in Mong Kok, everything was close to all amenities. Especially we loved the foods at Ming Court restaurant located on 6th floor inside the hotel. Will comeback.Thank you to all staffs at the front desk and concierge. They did good jobs. "
