"I booked this room for my daughter's first visit to London, and it was the perfect safe spot for her to arrive to after a long overnight flight. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. She was easily able to find her way there from Heathrow, and then could walk right out of the hotel and into one of the nicest areas in London. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!"
