「Water was scalding hot at night when I tried to wash my face before bedtime. Could not even get it to be just warm. Was too tired to care but when I got up at 6:30 am to take a shower and get ready for a conference, the shower water was scalding hot. I love a hot shower….but there was literally no way to get into that water. I had to pack up my entire room and move to another room quickly in the morning. I had unpacked and had everything on hangers and it was a rough morning to shove it all back...

「Had a room on the top floor no lifts. Had a shared bathroom shower temperature very hard to regulate. But the room was nice but only coat hooks and some hangers for your clothes.. It is on quite a quiet street. There was a adjoining bar which was open for a couple nights of my stay don't think it stayed open til very late.. Coffee making facilities on the ground floor. Also free bottles of water available. Also a microwave was that area.. Hairdryers and irons available on request. Staff friendly...

「Did not expect we stayed at 5F and the bar downstairs played music till 2 o’clock. Limited space, unrealistic and useless designs. May fit for people who likes night-life style. Not recommend for family and business trip. 」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the window of our room was covered by fake ivy totally blocking any possible view out of it. The air conditioner worked but was very loud. I struggled to sleep with the noise. There was not a lobby area to really hangout in and the room was too small to have a chair so forget having the ability to read and relax. If you’re in NYC to see the sights and not hangout in the room then this hotel is a good location to be at, but not...
