“One word to describe this hotel is "Avoid." This is how I perceived about the hotel while staying a night. The hotel had little intention to satisfy its guests, but cared about the cost cuts. Here are some of memorable moments: 1. I Booked for 2 beds, but got only 1 bed with sofa bed. No other room was available. (I paid in advance.) I was pointed to a fine print stating, "You may not get what you want" in my itinerary. 2. I witnessed double booking. I saw two guests came at the front……

“We had a horrible experience due to overcharged and they would not correct it. Therefore we left and are waiting on the refund.”

“"This is a nearly brand-new hotel, offering excellent value for money with high-quality accommodations. They also provide a delicious hot breakfast. It's just a 15-minute drive from BUDA$ := 0.5*Austin$. Personally, I think it's more than enough."”

“Messy lobby and elevator”

“Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.”

“Beds were not as comfortable as usual but breakfast was great. Also great location although with the highway construction makes it a little difficult to get into Austin”

“Pictures online make property and rooms look good. Room door broken can only move handle up to get in. You have to slam door to close fully. Bathroom looked like it had mold. One towel looked like it had small hair on it. Swear smelled like a dirty dog in our room. Just awful. We left got a room else where and just lost our $”

“The best complementary breakfast for hotel stays. Lot of variety of food. Rooms are always clean and fresh and checking in/out is stress free.”
