The Grand Hotel Wagner is a lovely hotel with a history. The location of the hotel was perfect for all of our exploring and close to restaurants and cafes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the size and comfort of our room. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far in Italy!

Interesting city with plenty of authentic local culture. People were mostly friendly.
Palermo is a bit tired and run down. Poverty is evident in beggars and empty buildings. Food is plentiful and comparatively cheap compared to Europe. I wouldnt necessarily visit Palermo again but the landscape outside the city is lovely.
Great city. So much to do and see. Great vibe and hospitality. Excellent dining options
Beautiful place. Felt really safe walking around.
Very busy. Crossing the roads was exciting, particularly at night. Natives seemed friendly. Lots to see.
