"The room is clean, decor needs updating. Onsen bath was exceptional, clean, relaxing, therapeutic, can potentially wipe away aches and pains of body and mind. Staff are polite, helpful and treats guests with courtesy. I did not try restaurant, but plans to do so next time, as the menu looks good and prices are reasonable. Free shuttle service to shops and airport was well appreciated. Thank you ART Hotel for my wonderful stay."

"very close to keisei rail station. a few restaurants and 2 supermarkets nearby. walking distance to the narita shrine. provides free breakfast and shuttle to/from airport which is a big plus. very good customer service from front desk (ishii san) who is very polite, cordial, and helpful."
