“房間空間寬敞，有陽光的房間會更好。 房務打掃很勤勞。 ”

“Location is prefect, highly recommend. Staff service is good. The temperature of water is not hot enough. So far, I still recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel's valet parking made me wait for two hours. I reported this to the manager, but the manager handled it very poorly and there was no result.”

“Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, coffee was very well made.”

“酒店已經每日收取設施服務費，但房間裏的燈很殘舊及損毁。健身設施器材也很殘舊及損毁，而且沒有提供任何飲水設施。已向職員反映，他們也完全沒有跟進。”

“Room was too small and not in a good proportion to the price charged. Poor amenities - paper cups with Teflon coating health risk and with environmental hazards. No glass or mug despite the request. Broken coffee maker. We had to buy our own mugs and kettle! Super noisy air conditioner which will disturb you during day time and scare you at night when sleeping. This is another thing must be fixed asap. Slow response - room services. Friendly, diligent and helpful staff at breakfast. Good……

“The terrace suite is spacious, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The greeting staff at the entrance was so polite and cheerful. The rooftop lounge is amazing. I highly recommend if you are traveling However, when we requested an hour late checkout, the front desk staff were neither helpful nor sincere. That was the only bad experience we had before checking out.”
