"What made our experience exceptional was the excellent service received from all staff starting at the reception (especially from Ms. Fiona, Ms. Nancy and Mr. Scott), the dedicated bell boys and cleaning staff, and the friendly staff in the restaurant. "The hotel is in a pretty central location, it’s pretty close to Hopson One mall which has plenty of shopping and dining options. The air conditioning units are abysmal and no matter how low you set it, the temperature in my room was averaged between 21°-23° the six nights I spent there even with the AC set at 17°. Staff are kind however they do not speak any English as advertised. It took an unsuccessful phone call, a visit to the front desk, two translation apps and three employees to answer...
