"Very nice room, only thing possibly missing was a desk (some other rooms have them), but I didn't need one anyway. Staff very helpful when I needed anything. Free pool table, snacks, coffee downstairs. Didn't check out the gym, bar or restaurant though. At the time of writing, google maps plots two locations for "Episode Hsinchu", and one is wrong! "First time staying at this location. It was very convenient for us as it was close to our suppliers. The rooms were clean, hotel was nicely renovated, breakfast was well rounded and the nearby university provided a good outdoor run route. Overall it was a fantastic value."

"Well aware of the environment concerns that some of the hotel not supplies for toothbrushes / toothpaste or any plastics tools. But it should be supplies upon requests once connected to the front desk. However, this hotel push room guests to raise a request via QR code and explained over the phone on the “procedures”. It’s funny that the QR codes places in different place in the room instead of right at the notification. Wi-Fi passwords also “hidden” in the box file divider. Since I also made...

"Very nice hotel"

"Staff are friendly and very responsive. Having laundry options, the gym, a microwave, ice maker, and a lounge area all on the top floor was super convenient. It’s close to good restaurants and a decent shopping area. The only issue you may run into, is the drive home if you’re working in Science Park. You have to leave by 5, if you don’t want to spend 40 mins taking a 11 min trip. "
