「From arrival and the two days that followed where excellent .. Booking for excursions was excellent. Communication using the app was easy and fast service with housekeeping and refilling the fridge. Second time service at Santa Fe restaurant was disappointing, slow service and cold food. Service at most restaurants didn’t really accommodate for a big group of seven people . Cats on the resort was a surprise cute but become annoying as they fight as well and some guests tend to feed them making...

「The hotel and service are what you expect of an 5 stars resort. However there are still areas that are under construction. I will recommend to wait until the end of the year to book here. With that said we will be coming back in a year or two. 」
