「Nice hotel and friendly staffs. The room size is relatively spacious than the others in London. Quite environment but convenient. Only 5 mins from the underground and train stations. It is good to have a small cooking area and dining table. 」

「The first room below ground was dreadful, but the staff accommodated our request to move to upper floor. Much appreciated.」

「It mentioned via app it’s twin bed in single room but turned out it’s single bed. And the room is built behind 2 fire exit doors which made me very uncomfortable and concerned the safety of the room. 」

「My sister and me stayed in a cute little bedroom. The room and the bathroom had a lot of space for our cosmetics and we especially enjoyed the vanities with good lightning. We feel like a lot of hotels oversee the fact that especially women take time and space to get ready. The staff was super nice and the room was clean. We would have loved some hooks for hanging clothes, but the rest was very fine!」

「A very nicely furnished hotel which is centrally located in the city. Just minutes off walk to Nottinghill Gate Station. Environment was nice but upon arriving my room, there were two flies inside and I spent quite some time getting them away. I thus had to keep my window shut all the time, so it was quite stuffy inside the room. Mattress was a bit too soft too. 」

「The spot is great, just 2 mins walk to paddington station, hotel staffs are friendly and nice, the only thing that bother me is the bed seems quite used as I can literally feel the spring against my back and it is not comfortable at all.」
