「Staff are amazing & so sweet & helpful 」

「Everything is good! Bell boy service is very good, very smart and helpful ! But The staff who cleaned the room was average, because he would mess up my pajamas and comb them! Won't fold well! In addition, the hotel's front desk female staff even less commendable, because she was very helpful, because I do not make a long distance phone call to the driver, I hope she can help, she finally did not help me, I'm your customer, why not help me?」

「是酒店唯一一間4人房，但感覺房間未是預備好給旅客住宿的，首先，地面是斜的，喼常常自行移動的，要用鞋頂住；沒有地方放東西，我們是打開衣櫃門，用內裏兩塊層架放東西；此外，入房間行兩部便上床，打開大喼是問題，最後決定用一張床放雜物及開喼用途；淋浴間太細，花灑水不夠力，水喉經常熱水欠奉，每次開都有好大聲水喉震動聲音，是水力不足罷，較難供應至最高樓層。唯一好處是近熱門景點，約20分鐘步程便可以去白金漢宮，大笨鐘等，真的很方便。」
