「It was not stocked with basics like towels toiletries etc. Appliances broke down didn’t have hot water for 3 days. Utensils were dirty terrible service for curtains requested but nothing happened. It was to be a serviced apartment but they asked for more money to do any service and deposit was returned late and finally we had booked the the apartment with a sea view and they never moved us to that one. 」

「I give this place a 1 out of 5 rating. There were no English speaking staff. There was no door on the shower so the bathroom floor was always a puddle. The view was awful. They have dumb TV's in the rooms with only 2 English speaking channels. Your hotel room is supposed to be a place you look forward to going to at the end of the day. It was depressing. It's literally a, "it's better than nothing", kind of hotel. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. You'll be much happier somewhere else.」
