「I loved the daylight/brightness, ventilation, amenities and size, it was very comfortable and had everything that i needed for my cancun appointment. the property accommodated my late check in due to traffic, and i just had problems opening the door with the 2 locks initially but they sent a security guard to assist to show me how to open the locks. everything was working well. the place was clean, with the exception of 2 small decorative cushions on the beds in the smaller bedroom. had a great...

「Unique concept, clean, hot water in shower, friendly staff」

「Around the area needs more light. The room is big but the beds need comforters. The shower needs a showerhead that offers more water. The house guests were very sweet and amicable and loved that they made and served brakefast for us. 」

「I have already started telling friends and family who are considering going to Cancun to come to The Moon Palace. My husband and I were a little nervous because we had a not great experience at a different all inclusive in the DR.
