"Our first room had roaches!! They took a long time to move us to another room. Rest of stay was good. But I had to re book my flights and the hotel would not reimburse me. Not very happy "

"The Hilton Cancun was a beautiful hotel with great pools (including a waterslide/splash pad pool for kids), comfortable beds, and excellent entertainment. Things I loved: the decor, the North Pool (an infinity pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico), the entertainment staff (especially the multiple, kid-friendly parties we attended), the gym, the housekeeping. Things that could be better: the food was mostly ok (the major hits were the Italian restaurant, the steakhouse, the donuts and the iced coffee; the rest was so-so), the service was hit or miss (some staff were amazing, while others needed multiple reminders)."
