「Exterior: Parking spaces were spacious. Location was excellent. A convenient store was just a few houses down from us. Distance to Legoland was only only 10 minutes away. The property is on a lake, but would have been nice to have better visibility from the back-facing bedrooms. The view would’ve been spectacular if the shrubs adjacent to the lake were trimmed.Interior: Washer and dryer worked well. AC worked wonderfully. Bedding was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean. The...

「The couch was old and worn, the house was not well maintained, and one of the rooms didn’t even have a door. But the host did refund our second night when we told him we were not satisfied and wouldn’t be staying.」

「What a quaint home with an incredible Sunset view over the lake. The owners were very accommodating and helpful during my stay. The location is very safe and enjoyable. The small town down area is within walking distance. There is road noise during the day as it’s on the main thorough fair however, during the night, it’s was very quiet. The Sunset views over the lake certainly make up for any noise when may hear.」

「The host had amazing and quick communication. The property was very accurate compared to the listing. The neighbor was quiet and in the morning we were able to walk over to Lake Hollingsworth and walk around it. Very conveniently located. The host had a small selection of games and we were very interested in the bird game, but we didn't have time to play it with only staying one night, but we will be buying it for home. The only negatives were very inconsequential. The shower had to be set...

「Property was small a true guest house but definitely priced appropriately」

「We had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation, and the location was perfect for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. Every detail showed how much they care about their guests' experience. This was one of the best...

「Nice little space a short drive from restaurants and stores. Neighborhood felt safe, which is always helpful for those midnight pup potty walks. AC worked well. For immunocompromised and other folks who rent VRBOs for air control, note that this is essentially the in-law suite of a house. There is shared air. While it has its own AC unit and thermostat, there are vents for central air, a blocked doorway to the other unit, and a door to the shared laundry that has a gap under it.」

「The house its self was not clean when we arrived. The pool seems much bigger in the pictures. Wasn’t enough towels for everyone with the amount of beds/ people that were there.」

「The property was clean, quiet, and provided a great base for attending an event in Lakeland and exploring the area. 」
