“We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick……

“Hotel stay was nice, check in was very quick and easy. Staff was sweet!”

“The photos are misleading and outdated as we're the rooms and facilities. We also killed a roach in our room! I feel duped”

“The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room.”
