「We were quite impressed with the apartment and the area. It is big enough, with a nice little balcony facing Rue Jarry. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and close to the Metro. The place was clean and overall pleasant. We would stay here again for sure.」

「The property is in a great neighbourhood, was clean, communication with the host was prompt, and check-in was seamless. The laundry room was excellent. Proximity to the Métro station was excellent, and there were many amenities nearby. There were some items at the property that needed attention, including two stove burners that weren't functional, a lack of transition between the kitchen and living room flooring that created a significant tripping hazard, and a lack of bedside tables and lamps...

「This property was listed on Expedia, but was actually a VRBO and when I booked it the price was higher than the Expedia listing. When I arrived the front door of the building was open and a man was changing in the hallway. The stairs up to the unit were crumbling and unsafe.
