「staff friendly and helpful」

「I’ve stayed here a few times before. I remember liking it more in the past! This time the hotel was OK but not great. One issue was there were babies and toddlers on either side of my room making tons of noise! Not the hotels fault but certainly poor room planning! I had other issues as well. The suites are a great size and the location is perfect!」

「The rooms were beautiful with a small clean kitchen. The immediate neighborhood was OK, but then it wasn’t so good a few blocks away. So if you are going to walk, walk towards the riverfront. The breakfast was very good and very varied. I felt that parking was too expensive. And the parking lot wasn’t clearly marked for the hotel. We ended up parking at a different parking lot, which was a lot cheaper.」
