「We had a nice clean room with great breakfasts and nice staff」

「The location was incredibly convenient and made it easy to get in and out. What really stood out, though, was how friendly the staff was. They greeted me every time I walked through the door, even if I had just left and come back twice in the same hour! It made the hotel feel very welcoming, and I really appreciated that level of hospitality」

「I normally like staying here. However this time when I arrived and got to the room it was covered in cobwebs and bugs. Mosquitos everywhere. I’m not even exaggerating when I say there had to be 50+ bugs in the room. When we let the desk know there was someone asking for a refund and being told all complaints had to go through management. Which made me feel like nothing was going to be taken care of. They did have someone go upstairs and clean the hotel room but not thoroughly. We came back and...
