“I had an amazing stay! Staff at the check in center were very hospitalable and knowledgeable. Parking was a bit difficult, but that is to be expected in a high traffic area like Orlando. Our room was massive and beautifully, very clean, bed super comfy. I cannot wait to book another stay!”
“This place required actual person on ID show in person in order to check in. Small parking lot is full. And you still have to pay 15 for parking and park 3 building away ”
"Basically, I have never given any bad reviews to any hotel. I seriously suspect that the score of this hotel is fake. First, the room was not cleaned on the day of registration and I had to wait for half an hour. Then, when I came back at 8 o'clock that night, I couldn't enter the room because the room door was not charged and I had to wait for more than half an hour. The room smelled and the washing machine could not be used. I will never choose this hotel again."
