"The host called us at check in time telling us we must stay in a different apartment for the night because of a broken window. The temporary apartment was very poor. We got no apology or refund for the night from the host. When we finally made it into the apartment we booked, It looked similar to the photos, but it was very unclean and many amenities didn't work. For example, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor, the second shower had no handle to turn it on, and the curtains were not floor...

"The property was advertised with internet, AC and more. The internet didn’t work, the AC was a portable unit that was incredibly loud which made sleeping impossible. We believe there was mold in the bathroom and lots of dust in the vent fan. We booked for 9 nights and stayed one the moved to a hotel."

"The property was very clean, and had appropriate bedding and bath towels for our family group of five. The location was great, right across the street from Harrods, and Knightsbridge train station. The building lift worked. I would book this flat again!"

"Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!"

"Two friends traveling in May for the Chelsea Flower Show. Unit is in a great location in Belgravia about 2 blocks from Victoria Station and close to several pubs/restaurants and a couple of markets. Great walkability and tube access.It is a tough four flights of stairs if you have hefty luggage, so be prepared.Had some difficulty upon first getting into unit but Adam was responsive and helpful. "Fine location, quiet, clean, near transit. It was just my son and I and the unit served our purpose. We liked the neighborhood, near some convenience stores. Made our trip memorable. "

"Wow - a perfect location for someone looking for easy access to restaurants and walkability to many of the sights to see in London (London Eye, Westminster, Buckingham, Regent St, Soho, theaters, etc). The house is super clean with all the modern amenities. Great showers and water pressure! Everything was just as described, and the place exceeded my expectations.
