The first room I got smelt like cigarettes, so i requested another one. The front desk told me the smoke-free floor was fully booked, but she still tried to help me find a replacement. I was sent to another floor where the room service staff helped me pick a room I'm okay with. The staff was easygoing and helpful. The breakfast buffet may not be fancy but it sure satisfies a Cantonese girl's heart. Loved the sticky rice xiao mai so much, and the soy milk was lovely. There are two 24-hour convenient stores next to the location, a spa centre and a Chinese medicine centre.

這間飯店離會展中心很近. 不用坐地鐵就可以直接去了 地理位置對於參展的人來說是很方便的. 飯店整體是不錯的. 客服很親切. 房間也乾淨下次還會來住.

千萬不要訂最便宜的房間，沒有窗門，跟監獄可比，結果要加錢升級，才住到一間像樣的房間。

訂了問便宜的房間，進房之後發現像監獄一樣，沒有窗口的。結果加了200人民幣換房，房間才正常一點。

一絲不快
以性價比來說, 大致上滿意, 但我一朋友入住單人房, 當晚發現廁所沒有一次性的擦牙套裝, 於是在房裡拿了放在電視櫃上的另一套, 不知到退房時原來要付款RMB10元, 經理論後終被免了, 但帶來了一絲不快.

房間及床舖很清潔, 感覺很好.
交通位置很方便尤其是要參訪廣交會的廠商. 基本上設備皆OK. 房內附電腦設備但是 MOUSE 無法使用. 有等於沒有. 另外床很舒服清潔.

Not so comfortable Stay
Had to attend Canton fair, so chose this hotel. Room price was expensive during Canton fair. Room was small without window. Wall was dirty and had smell. The room was not bright enough, so you would feel a bit uneasy.

Terrible Hotel. Don't recommend it.
Very smoky hotel. They only have one floor non-smoking the rest of the hotel is smells like a chimney. Non of the staff speaks English, except one person. When she is not working the whole reception staff is lost. AC in units is very loud, mattress is very hard, dry cleaning service is bad. Breakfast is included, but 99% of the menu is Chinese food, so if you are looking for a bit western food, good luck. Overall experience is BAD

low budget hotel - proximity and price! Thats it!
If you want low cost hotel, near to pazhou complex, free breakfast, near the metro, this hotel os good enough. But dont expect bellboys, room service, overflowing free toiletries, and fine hotel room features. This is just a conducive place to sleep in, thats it!

it is a horrible hotel
first, remember to beware from any taxi driver that takes you any where in the city. they are thieves in general, and if it is day, I'd take metro. the hotel is not recommended. no English speaking at night, at day one weak speaker that you would still need a translator with you. no help in printing or scanning any document, breakfast was not included, but even better.. they have one boring option of unknown Chinese food. more like mixing liver and brain of an animal together.

Beds are a pain
The prices in this site are more expensive than the actual rates of the hotel when we added a room there. The beds are so awful because they are rock hard! you can feel the hard wood, there seems to be a half inch mattress only

will not return..
do not choose a room without window, it's a cage with no air and no space to move. the soap package is not free of charge, although it is not written anywhere. the hotel in general is quite dirty, not for western standards. one time in the restaurant there was no clean spoon left for me and the waiter just took one used from other table, spilled some water (prepared for tea) on the lower part of the spoon and pass it to me...

Muy insatisfecho
Las camas son una tabla, el desayuno esta inapetecible, y en relacion al precio es un robo. Las fotos se ven mucho mejor de lo q es la realidad, quede muy insatisfecho, no me dieron la opcion de cancelar ninguna noche. Les recomiendo q se queden en otro. Saludos
