"Good location just in LGW"

"It is a very good hotel with friendly staff and room is of good size. This is the second time staying here but was very disappointing. We were welcome by a big fly in the room. When I tried to take a quick shower to wake me up for the 0635 flight, there’s no hot water and I had to take a cold water shower."

"One lift was out of service and hence, it was extremely difficult to get into a lift and it is a slow motion lift. "
