“We have stayed at other Secrets Resorts which we loved and expected the same experience. However, we were very disappointed with several things. The drinks at the pool were awful and the staff could have been more friendly. Even the inside bars and restaurants did not know how to make a simple cocktail. The entertainment could use improvement, we only noticed a couple of exercise classes in the pool and a couple of dance lessons during our 5 night stay. All of the activities, music by the pool,……

“The Cofresi Jr. Suite was a pleasant, friendly resort. My only two issue was that there was no in-room internet connection, although Wi-Fi was available around the pool area and in other common spaces and the TV in our room was entirely too small for the room. But other than those two, we had an extremely nice, relaxing & busy first-time visit.The beaches are amazing and the salt water is at a perfect temperature. “The room was clean, but I didn't know about the was cleaned every day or the towels changed and when we called down stairs they explained that if we wanted the room cleaned every morning we had to pay extra for the cleaning and extra for the towels. I think that is something that should be explained at check it.”
