「Una total decepción con eurostars cayacoa. Y un robo tanto por expidia,como por el propio hotel. Ambos promulgan que el hotel fue renovado en noviembre pasado y todo es un desastre. De las dos piscinas, una estaba cerrada al igual que parte de el hotel. Los bares un completo desastre.aunque promocionan que es todo incluido, no es así. Solo tenían un tipo de brugal,un wisky(dewar's)y la gran parte de el tiempo no lo tenían. Tequila, absolutamente nada,trataron de pasar un aguardiente qué tenían...

「El servicio del personal es excelente, todos son muy amables y atentos. La comida del buffet es buena, las cenas en los restaurantes son deliciosas, muy recomendable el italiano. La habitación tenía un olor muy fuerte a humedad pero en general las instalaciones y los servicios están en muy buenas condiciones.」

「The food and drinks were good. Lots of choices. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I gave only 2 stars for 2 reasons. The first was not the fault of the resort but there were massive amounts of sea grass on the beach Had to walk around 10-15 minutes down the beach to be able to swim. Reason 2 is that a portion of the ceiling came down in the shower. If someone would have been in the shower they would have a cement block on their head. Manager sent someone to “fix” it but wouldn’t...

This is not an all-inclusive hotel so please note that you will have pay for your food, drinks and room safe. The views are breathtaking. My husband and I will be back next year.」
