「The property is really good. Very close to the ocean (much closer than so many other HH condos). It was spacious and had everything we needed. That being said, units are somewhat dated. Appliances and furniture are newer, but units (at least ours) could stand to have a mild facelift (new trim, new interior doors, new base). These minor and inexpensive upgrades would vastly improve the appeal. Unit was clean with a couple exceptions. (The cleaning crew missed a couple spots on the bathroom...

「My best friend and I spent a few days on Hilton Head to celebrate my birthday. The condo was easy to access and had adequate parking. The condo was very comfortable for our short stay. Always appreciate Smart TVs so we can watch our own apps in the evening. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Royal Dunes. The condo was very spacious and bright. We had plenty of room for a family of six. We appreciated the three large bathrooms with accessibility features. The kitchen was a nice size and adequately stocked. Though could have used a bit more silverware. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! 」
