"Honestly I really liked this place. It was like having your own little apartment while on vacation. It’s within walking distance to everything but easily accessible to public transportation. The staff were so friendly and very helpful with the 1 million questions I had. The room comes with a fridge and hot water kettle to make coffee and tea which is so convenient. I really like this place. If I ever find myself back in Scotland will stay here."

"A great guest house with easy access to the sites of Edinburgh"

"Good cozy & comfortable place but very overpriced"

"Highly recommend, this was our favorite stay on the trip!"

"Easy access except parking. Small bathroom. Very comfortable beds."

"Very close to town and transport options for sightseeing. It was the cheapest accommodation after hostels, so budget-wise it's good. Shower wasn't draining and staff had it sorted the next day."

"This is an old building; the room has a musty smell, even with the windows open."

"Good affordable option :)"

"We had a great stay. I was concerned about the self check-in, but it was easy and went very smoothly. The room is small, but it is very nice and updated and clean. A good location as well, walking distance to Old Town if you’re up for a longer walk."

"Incredibly kind owners and the place is absolutely lovely, clean and comfortable"

"Conveniently located. Clean. Adequate parking."

"They allowed us to check-in hours early in order to drop off luggage, the place was clean and quiet. Minutes away from a church, a little breakfast place and the bus stop."
