「The house was perfect. Easily enough space for a family of 6 adults with 4 good bedrooms; easy walk down to the water and in to SB. The backyard is amazing, comfortable, private with both hot tub and fire pit. Brent was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again!!」

「Fantastic stay- the location near downtown is probably the most outstanding feature for this large house- lots of fun: bikes, ping pong, basketball! The layout functions almost like two separate units which was PERFECT for us since we had two families staying together— allowing for some separation and privacy. Thanks for a great stay. 」

「Really cozy room with nice coffee supplies, filtered water, and a fridge. Lovely hummingbird feeder was positively busy in the evening. So entertaining to sit quietly and watch. Ada & Eric were great hosts and responded easily to messages. Big thumbs up!I even left a jar of nut butter in the fridge, and Eric returned it by post. So considerate 」

「An excellent trip which was enhanced by the beautiful house and yard where we had a great time with our dogs. Would 100% recommend it for families with pets.」

「This is a really excellent house! We were a three-generation party of ten, two grandparents, three kids with spouses and two young grandchildren. The 4 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, were roomy and afforded good privacy. The open living room/dining area/kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. 「Great weekend getaway location for the wife and I. Only draw back is the whole house didn't have AC (common in CA beach communities) and it was very very hot this past weekend. 」

「Was in town for a wedding with friends and found one of our favorite new listings. Close the State st and other things to do in the area.」

「The Blue Door Bungalow was fantastic. We were in a very nice neighborhood which was close in proximity to nearby restaurants, hiking paths and to Santa Barbara. My adult daughter and I stayed after driving from LA. The Bungalow is extremely well appointed, clean and comfortable. Surrounding neighborhood was super quiet, and made for great sleeping - in addition to the very comfortable bed. So nice to have some coffee and ice upon arrival.
