"Great location for Disney, offers shuttle service. Rooms very clean. Everything provided for extended travel. Pools did have to shut down for periods due to thunderstorms but were opened shortly after. Staff communication throughout stay was top tier. "

"I loved our balcony view and how beautiful the hotel was. My husband and I hardly took an Uber outside of the resort since the restaurants nearby were all so good to try! We even loved going to the pool during the early morning or late evening before closing when the sunsets."

"Many food options at the hotel, reservations needed at most. The food was good but if you have allergies they are not very accommodating. They have both feather pillows and poly fill pillows so make sure you request hat you want. They have beautiful pool choices including a lazy river. Many many conference rrooms. Some of the bathrooms by the conference were not cleaned and stocked in a timely fashion. The tap water tastes terrible. Thankfully they offer Aqua Panne and San P. Overall very good experience and I would recommend it."

"We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was phenomenal. The rooms are immaculate and very spacious. We loved the pool, although if I may suggest one thing, it would be a no smoking sign in the pool area. I’m from out of town and I know things are done differently in FL, but it kind of bothered me a little. Other than that, I would give this hotel the highest rating. All of our needs were met and like I mentioned before, the staff was so nice and helpful! I absolutely will be staying there again in the near future."

"This was a short vacation - 3 nights with kids. The kids loved it! The water park was wonderful. They have a great bar and restaurant and ice-cream is available near the pool. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They have a text message system which was great - If I needed something or had a question I would text the number and have an answer within a minute. The only issue was the internet was very spotty but everything else was fantastic! "
