“Hotel is situated on a shore of the ocean, so through bedroom windows and balcony we saw only ocean, waves and had magnificent view. Food was excellent in the restaurant, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spotles. Highly recommended to everyone!!!!”

“Having only stayed here for a brief period, arriving after midnight and departing in the morning, I must say the entire experience was truly delightful. The hotel, though rated as a three-star establishment, boasted a reception staff that provided a five-star level of service. The property itself was well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally spacious with lovely views. Furthermore, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was quite tasty.”

“This stay was the perfect hotel for relaxation, away from the madness of Funchal. It gave us a perfect base to tour the island. It gave us the chance to cover many levada walks and tour the island by car ( a car is essential if you want to explore). The hotel ran many other sessions including rum punch making, wine tasting and botanical tours. The facilities includes a freshwater pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna as well as spa facilities. Staff cannot do enough for you and the breakfast……

Das Frühstücksbuffet war großzügig und sehr lecker, und auch die Servicekräfte waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach einer langen Wanderung war der Wellnessbereich perfekt zum Entspannen und Ausklingen des Tages. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wir konnten den Zimmernachbarn schnarchen hören, als würde er direkt neben uns liegen.”
