“Nice service and friendly staff”

“Property was quite nice, couldn't ask for a nicer looking hotel. But I am exhausted.... Personally my bed at home is a bit hard, so when I go on vacation I look forward to a soft bed, this was not that, in fact, the worst ever. I've only ever had it where a bed was as hard as this one and it was in Cuba. I debated on going to sleep on the couches in the pool room, they were softer then the bed. I didn't think a hard bed would have impacted my vacation this much, but when you can't get one good……

“My wife and I stayed at Dreams Madeira for 5 nights and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was incredibly spacious, modern and very comfortable. The room had plenty of space to relax and unwind, and it really made our stay feel even more luxurious and enjoyable. One of the highlights for us was the incredible infinity pool overlooking the sea. The views were absolutely stunning and created such a peaceful atmosphere. Sitting by the pool……

“We wanted to make our anniversary special, so we chose this hotel for its location, pools and mention of a restaurant. Everything was prepared beautifully. I truly wish I remembered the names of the staff or had written them down. There was an older gentleman and a woman with braces in the restaurant that were so incredibly attentive and kind. There was a woman with glasses and a gentleman with facial hair at the front desk that were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They made this location……
